Thank you for making your Camping Reservation at Buddy’s River Resort! We welcome you to our Camping Family and if there is anything, we can do to make your stay even more enjoyable, please let us know. For the enjoyment of all our guests please familiarize yourself with our campground policies.

Reservations

• Must be 21 years of age or older to register and stay on a site.

• Reservations can be made online or by phone 608-644-6390.

• Full payment is required at time of reservation. Cancellations less than 7 days upon arrival will forfeit full payment. Cancellations with notice of more than 7 days will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. Payments are non – refundable.

 

RV Sites

• Standard site includes water and electric hookup (30, and limited 50 amp), fire pit, picnic table. Dumping station available.

• Full hookup includes water, sewer, electrical hookup (30, and limited 50 amp), fire pit, picnic table.

• 2 adults & up to 4 children (under 18) or 4 adults. Charge of $10 for each additional person, per night with a maximum of 6 people per site. 

• 1 camping unit and 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles will be charged $5 per vehicle, per night. 

• ALL pop-ups, RV’s, travel trailers. must reserve on a RV site. No Exceptions.

 

Tent Sites

• Each campsite includes, water and electric, fire pit, picnic table. 

• 2 adults & up to 4 children (under 18) or 4 adults. Charge of $10 for each additional person, per night with a maximum of 6 people per site. 

• 1 tent per site and 2 vehicles. Additional tent on same site $25 per tent, per night. Additional vehicles $5 per vehicle, per night.

 

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. To request a late arrival, please call or text 608-644-6390.

• Check-out time 12:00 p.m. ,$20 Fee assessed for late check-outs. Overstays will be charged full rate after 2:00 p.m.

 

Boats/Golf Carts,etc.

• Registered guests may bring ONE motorized watercraft per site during their stay for a fee of $5 per night. Boats must be parked in the designated area. No Exceptions. 

• Public Boat launch located in Sauk City, directly across the river from Buddy’s.

• Mini-bikes, ATV’s, UTV’s and motorized scooters may not be used on The Campground.

• For insurance reasons, we do not allow overnight campers to bring in their personal golf cart, unless arrangements were made when making your reservation. A$25 fee applies (electric carts only) and Proof of Insurance necessary. 

• All golf carts must stay on the roads and may not go “off path”.

 

Pets

• One pet per campsite is welcome (additional pets are $10 each, 2 pets max).Pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times, kept quiet, and never left unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet. No restricted breeds (Pit-bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman).no exceptions. Day guests may not bring pets onto the property.

 

Quiet Hours

• 11p.m. - 8a.m., Holiday weekends 12 a.m. – 8 a.m.

Campfires 

• Fires may be built in designated areas only. Be sure fires are extinguished before leaving campsite. Please DO NOT move fire pits, there is a $25 charge if fire pit is moved. 

 

WIFI

• Enjoy free WIFI  throughout the park! WIFI is for limited use:  email, weather, social media, etc., It is not designed for streaming and is not guaranteed. 

 

Garbage 

• All campers must place garbage in the dumpsters located at the entrance of the campground. Do not set beside road, as we do not pick it up from individual campsites. Do not leave garbage in the fire pit.)) If garbage is left on site, a $25 fee will be added to your stay. 

 

​Beach

• The Campground does not provide a lifeguard.  All Campers and Guests who use the beach and the water do so at their own risk.  The Wisconsin River is known to have features which are very dangerous. Any child  under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult while in the beach area.

• No glass containers are allowed on beach area. Please clean up after yourself.

 

Miscellaneous

• NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND ARE TO BE IGNITED ANYWHERE ON THE CAMPGROUND!

• Campers and Guests shall not engage in any illegal activity or behavior on The Campground.

• Firearms of any kind ( including concealed carry), possession or use  is strictly prohibited. 

• Minors are to be at their site or in the presence of their parent/guardian between 10 pm and 8 am.

• I (we) am (are) hereby acknowledging that all Campers, occupants, and family members, guests and invitees have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of Buddy's River Resort and WI State Statue 895.525: Participation in recreational activities; restrictions on civil liability, assumption of risk, and that all such individuals agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions and such Rules & Regulations
